Most work is scoped and delivered at the blended $175/hr rate; specialists bill at their own rate. Scope estimates value hours at the blended rate — for example, a 40-hour engagement is $7,000.
Minimum engagement
Minimum project engagement: 40 hours ($7,000 minimum commitment).
Billed in 2-week sprint milestones.
How billing works
- Deposit / Kickoff: 50% upfront deposit prior to sprint commencement.
- Milestone Delivery: 25% upon staging milestone / UAT review.
- Final Delivery / Go-Live: 25% upon production deployment.
- Invoicing: Net 15 via books.norbecktech.com.
- Change Orders: scope additions outside documented deliverables are billed at the blended $175/hr rate upon written sign-off.
Rates are starting points, not fixed-price offers — pricing, milestones and agreements are confirmed only by our principal architect, Bobby Gallon.
